Introducing “Office Hours” – A New Product Initiative to Get the Most Out of eProsecutor Online (ePO)

We’re excited to introduce Office Hours, a new, no-cost webinar series designed to help you, and your team make the most of ePO.

These recurring, interactive sessions are built to educate and engage with our users in a low-barrier format — whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of ePO features or get your questions answered in real time.

What is "Office Hours"?
Purpose: To address your questions, share tactical tips, and walk through best practices to improve your everyday experience with ePO.

Format:

  • Virtual sessions
  • 45–60 minutes per session
  • Mix of prepared content and live Q&A (where possible)
  • We will be starting with 3 sessions

Who Can Join: Anyone from your agency—admins, users, or anyone involved in ePO. No registration cost or prior experience needed!

First Session: ePO Best Practices We’ll kick things off with a practical session focused on:

  • Optimizing dashboards for visibility and efficiency
  • Making the most of Saved Searches
  • Understanding how upgrades work
  • Discovering small but powerful underused features to enhance your daily workflow

After the first session, we’ll invite you to submit questions and topic ideas to help shape future sessions. We’ll also track attendance, engagement, and feedback so we can continue to improve and tailor the experience to your needs.
