WVPAI provides training, service, support and resources to the prosecutors and staff to enhance and improve the quality of all prosecution throughout the State.
The West Virginia Prosecuting Attorneys Institute & West Virginia Prosecutors Association host a summer and winter meeting every year. They typically host about 100 prosecutors and staff.
