PITMA meets once annually as a collective group, and locally with regions as scheduled per each region’s co-chairs.
The Probation Information Technology Managers Association (PITMA) was established in February 2003 to support the Chief Probation Officers of California (CPOC), serving as a platform for professionals to exchange knowledge and develop cohesive strategies to address IT challenges prevalent within the fields of criminal and juvenile justice. Last year’s conference saw over 75 probation professionals from all over the state. Their group includes IT professionals, research and reporting analysts, business system analysts, financial staff and probation officers.
