The FPAA 2025 Summer Education Training Program offers Florida prosecutors a comprehensive agenda including legal updates, trial skills development, legislative insights, and ethics, with specialized sessions on Daubert challenges, victim advocacy, and evidence presentation.
The Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association (FPAA) is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the 20 elected State Attorneys and over 2000 Assistant State Attorneys. The FPAA was created to serve the needs of prosecutors. The primary functions of the Association office are education through seminars, publications and technical support. FPAA's Summer conference draws on average 275 members from around the state for 3 days of education and networking. Elected State Attorneys, Assistant State Attorneys, Assistant Attorneys General and Statewide Prosecutors, and Executive Directors all attend this conference.
